Kyuhr Herbal Cream - Herbal medicines have become a major source and main stream for future Drug. Herbs and their derivatives have been, and continue to be, rich sources for drug discovery. Certain herbs are regarded to have anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-bacterial properties.Wound Healing Properties that can reduce the symptoms of Different types of Skin Injuries and Fastens the Healing Process. Procedure of the Kyuhr Herbal Cream Preparation: The require quantity of the cream was completely melt on water bath.2% of Cocos Nucifera Oil was added with mixing. Finally 2% of Curcuma longaextract and 2% of Aloe veraextracts added and mixed well until homogeneous Cream was Obtained. Method of dressing: Cleaning of the burn injuries with normal saline and chiorhexidine solution was done. Then Kyuhr Herbal Cream was applied over all burn injuries with sterile gauze. Deeper burn injuries were covered with the help of sterile bandages and patient was shifted to male shalya ward from minor OT for further management. Later he was kept in special male room in isolation for dressing and hygiene purpose. Next day onwards every day patients wastreated with cleaning and washing of all burn injuries with normal saline and later on application of Kyuhr Herbal Cream twice in a day. After one month and ten days patient was completely recovered and healed post burn wound with minor scar and discoloration without contracture. This Herbal combination have shown the amazing results in 3 to 4 day by minimizing burn sensation, reduction in pain.
